Facial gua sha is a massage technique that has been used by Traditional Chinese Medicine for centuries. It is designed to relieve tension in the muscles, boost blood circulation and encourage drainage to banish puffiness. It has also been known to ward off headaches, tension in facial pressure points and jaw pain due to a clenched jaw.

Materials: Jade stone
Measurements: 8cm x 4cm
Care Instructions: Cleanse skin thoroughly. Warm your gua sha tool by rubbing it between your hands. Prime with face moisturiser or serum. Start on one side of face and gently use the smooth edges to scrape and lift the skin from the centre of your face upwards toward the hairline. Repeat each stroke 5-10 times. Do no use after botox, injectables, fillers or on broken skin such as acne or areas of inflammation.
Use a soft cloth to clean with warm water soapy water before first use and when needed, not necessarily after each use. Crystals can be damaged with harsh soaps.
